The brief.
Lodha Group, is one of India’s largest Real Estate evelopers. Established in 1980 is a Mumbai based real estate developer into housing and commercial projects. The Group is currently developing in excess of 35 million sq.ft. of real estate, with over 30 projects in and around Mumbai with presence in Hyderabad as well as Pune.

The World Towers, one of their latest luxury projects, once completed it will become the world’s tallest residential tower. Located in Upper Worli in Mumbai on the project will cost INR20 billion (US$340 million) and is expected to be completed in 2015. World One's architect is Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and the structural engineer is Leslie E. Robertson Associates. Apartment prices in World One start from INR75 million (US$1.3 million). Lodha Group anticipates total revenue of INR50 billion (US$840 million) from the sale of these apartments. Once completed the World Towers aims to become the symbol for Mumbai's skyline.

We designed a point of sales tool for prospective clients for the World Tower. The non-native application was designed to be used on tablets (specifically iPads) as well as laptops. The application is a touch based walk through via an interactive brochure. We integrated Linkedin in order to make the on-boarding process simple for existing sales associates. In the back-end we architected an analytics system that hooked into Lodha Group’s existing CRM and provided intelligence and data around closures and lead gen.
